Configuration
This section is the configuration reference of every OpenCDMP service. Each Java service reads its settings from app-<PROFILE>.env in its config folder, or from the environment of its container; in the Docker example these files are under config-files/opencdmp/<service>/config/. The .env file next to the Compose files holds the image versions, ports, and folders, and the settings of the webapp.
Start with the Installation to get a working installation first. Return here when you need to customize individual services beyond the default configuration.
Keycloak setup
The Keycloak realm that OpenCDMP expects, integration clients, and the environment variables of the Keycloak container
Infrastructure
The Docker Compose environment file and the configuration of PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch in the Docker example
Backend

Frontend
Environment variables and config-override.json settings of the OpenCDMP webapp
Registering plugin services
Run a file transformer, deposit service, or evaluator, let it accept the API service's tokens, register it for the installation or an organisation, and check the connection
Logging and monitoring
Where each OpenCDMP service writes its logs, how to change log levels and read the log files, and the health and metrics endpoints
